The pattern is the same everywhere: the business system supplies data, metadata and process logic, while interaction moves to a layer above it. The SAP world is heading the same way through its assistant and platform services. This shifts the decisive selection criterion. What counts is not the number of screens, but how cleanly functions can be addressed through interfaces. Anything that exists only as a screen mask stays invisible to an assistant.
It is therefore worth reviewing your own interface readiness, tidying up permissions before an assistant inherits them, and settling contractually where data is processed.
